9VOM is an independent academic publisher based in India.

We support scholarly societies and institutions in publishing high-quality, ethical, open access journals using modern digital publishing infrastructure across the disciplines.

Established in December 2022 and registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, 9VOM Publishing provides end-to-end open access publishing solutions for journals, societies and institutions. Inspired by the rigorous standards aligned with international best practices, we combine careful editorial development with robust technology to make credible research widely accessible.

All journals published by 9VOM follow internationally accepted guidelines issued by ICMJE, COPE, OASPA and WAME, with clear policies on authorship, conflicts of interest, data integrity and corrections. Each submission undergoes similarity checking for plagiarism, followed by a structured double blind peer review process led by independent editorial boards. Accepted articles are published with rich, machine readable metadata and persistent identifiers to support discoverability, indexing and long term preservation.

Our Vision

9VOM was founded with a simple vision: to offer reliable, transparent and affordable open access publishing globally, while aligning with the expectations of major indexing services and the broader international research community. We aim to grow as a focused, ethics-driven publisher that partners with editors and societies in the same way established global presses support their scholarly communities.

Looking ahead, 9VOM will continue to contribute towards strengthening journal quality, metadata, preservation and indexing alignment, while expanding selectively into new areas of publishing. Our long term vision is to be recognised as a trusted, specialist open access publisher from India—one that editors, reviewers and authors associate with ethical practices, attentive support and a strong commitment to improving quality of life, knowledge, academic vigour and public health through research dissemination.
