As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Aim and Scope
VJR offers an opportunity to publish well-researched and academically rigorous research papers. The purpose of this journal is to be a valuable resource for research in the field of Social Sciences. VJR accepts original research papers, reviews, perspectives, or case studies in the field of social sciences. VJR does not accept manuscripts that are currently under consideration by other journals. The journal follows a stringent process to select the research articles for publication. All the articles undergo a double-blind review process. The entire review and selection process may take three to four months. The author(s) may be asked to review their manuscripts as per the reviewers’ report. The final acceptance is subject to approval by the journal's editorial board.
Manuscript Preparation
A softcopy of the manuscript should be submitted in English only. The manuscript should be in MS Word format, 1.5 interspacing, and Times New Roman Font size 12. The title page requires a complete title, authors' names and affiliations, corresponding author details, email-IDs, and contact numbers. Every research article must contain an abstract, not more than 350 words with three to four keywords. The abstract must have a purpose, methodology, important findings and implications of the research. And, the full-length paper should not exceed 8000 words.
Manuscript Structure
VJR follows the following structure: Introduction, ROL, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. VJR strictly follows APA 6th edition style of writing as well as referencing.

A softcopy of the manuscript should be submitted by registering here. The author should send a cover letter mentioning the crucial information including Title, Author (s), Academic Positions, Affiliation, Email Address and Contact numbers. The manuscript should not have any information about the authors in the manuscript.
VJR believes in research ethics hence, all the articles are sent for plagiarism check before beginning the review process.
Review Process
VJR follows the double-blind peer review process. Reviewer’s reports are sent to the author for revision on the articles. VJR does not accept manuscripts that are currently under consideration by other journals.
Publication Policies
VJR is an open-access journal and the institute retains the copyright of the articles selected for publication. Author(s) are sent a copyright form if their paper is selected after the reviewer’s report.

The average time from submission to first decision is 40 days and from acceptance to online publication is 60 days.
