Inspiring Gen Z for Medicine and Research

Abstract
Today’s Gen Z wants a fast-track way to financial settlement and medicine indeed may seem like a long, long road to them. Maybe, we can all do our bit to inspire our children to see the beauty of our profession. This is important because we will also need smart doctors to attend to us when we are older! We must also inspire them to take up academics and invest time and effort in teaching and research, for it is only through research and teaching that the dissemination of such valuable knowledge occurs which can help millions of people.
