Abstract
It is with both pride and humility that I am writing this Editorial for the first online issue of the “Journal of Clinical Practice”, the official journal of Vivekananda Polyclinic and Institute of Medical Sciences, a premier, tertiary care, charitable teaching hospital of Lucknow which has recently been ranked amongst the top ten multi-specialty hospitals of North India by the Outlook magazine.
