Current need of Aggressive, Earlier and Personalized Hypertension Treatment

Abstract
In 2025, recent development shared by new AHA/ACC guidelines communicates upon the focus shift towards below pointers:
- Brain Health: Recognizing hypertension’s link to dementia risk.
- Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic Health: Integrating hypertension management with other conditions.
- Global Initiatives: The WHO’s 2025 Global Report on Hypertension encourages an urgent need for access to affordable meds.
In essence, 2025 marks a push for more aggressive, earlier, and personalized blood pressure control, leveraging new drugs and technology for better cardiovascular outcomes. It represents need of more communicative and informative steps, with timeliness, and personalized hypertension treatment.
Contributing to such encouragement and vision, the issue is please to bring interesting studies in this issue starting from an original research on Comprehensive Metabolic Profiling in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: Insights from Comparative Evaluation with Healthy Controls, reviews on Artificial Intelligence and Early Detection of Diabetic-Hypertensive Emergencies in the Emergency Room, and Anti-Hypertensive Properties of Himalayan Raspberries: A Case Series of Five Hypertensive Patients. The issue ends with an impactful case series on Pathophysiological Link between Muscle Atrophy and Hypertension in Spinal Cord Injury Patients.
